These terms govern your use of MeetMyCelebrity, including Meet & Greet requests, Direct Contact requests, the request portal, and donations.
By accessing or using MeetMyCelebrity ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our <a href="https://meetmycelebrity.online/privacy.php">Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site.
These terms apply to every visitor, fan, donor, and any other person who uses any part of the Site.
To submit a Meet & Greet request, submit a Direct Contact request, or make a donation, you must be at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
When you submit a Meet & Greet request, we generate a unique Request ID. You access your portal using your email address and that specific Request ID. Direct Contact requests use a separate Review ID for identification and follow up.
Submitting a Meet & Greet request is a request for consideration. It does not guarantee a Meet & Greet, and it does not establish a personal relationship with the celebrity.
Every request is reviewed by the management team and depends on the celebrity's availability, scheduling, security requirements, and any applicable terms. We may approve, decline, or cancel a request at any time.
In addition to Meet & Greet requests, you may apply for Direct Contact access with a celebrity through our Direct Contact request form. This is a separate process from the Meet & Greet request flow.
Submitting a Direct Contact request does not guarantee access, and it does not establish a personal relationship with the celebrity. Every submission is reviewed by our management team, and approval depends on the celebrity's management, availability, and applicable terms.
If your request is approved, you will be notified with instructions on how to proceed. Our team may contact you using the email address, mobile number, or alternative contact information you provided during submission.
If a Meet & Greet request is approved, the schedule will be published in your request portal along with any applicable fees. The venue, date, and time will depend entirely on the celebrity's availability.
Any applicable fees are subject to the celebrity's arrangements and management approval and may cover venue, accommodation, security, permits, first aid, logistics, or other coordination costs.
When a celebrity has an active donation campaign, you may contribute using the methods configured by management. Donations are a voluntary contribution toward the stated campaign cause.

We may suspend or permanently block any user who violates these rules, and any associated requests may become inaccessible.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as photos or messages). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content strictly as needed to operate the Site. For example, to show your photos to the management team reviewing your request, or to attach them to a management notification.
You confirm that you have the right to submit any content you upload and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
All content on the Site that we own, including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without permission.
Celebrity names, images, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.
The Site may reference or link to third party services. For example, a celebrity's Wikipedia page or an external messaging platform. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third party services.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep everything accurate and available, we do not guarantee that:
Nothing on the Site constitutes a promise or guarantee of access to any celebrity, event, or venue without prior approval from the relevant management.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetMyCelebrity, its team, and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, lost opportunities, travel expenses, or arrangements that do not proceed as anticipated.
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently block access to any part of the Site, including a specific Meet & Greet request, a Direct Contact request, or an entire user profile, if we believe a user has violated these terms, attempted to compromise security, or behaved in a way that puts the platform or others at risk.
You may also request the deletion of your account and associated requests at any time by contacting us, subject to any legal retention obligations.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which MeetMyCelebrity operates. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
