How do I submit a Meet & Greet request?
Choose a celebrity from the homepage, open their profile and click Request a Meet & Greet. Complete the request form and submit it. You will receive a unique Request ID that you can use to access your private request portal.
Is a Meet & Greet guaranteed once I submit a request?
No. Submitting a request does not guarantee a Meet & Greet. Every request is reviewed by the management team and depends on the celebrity's availability, scheduling, security requirements and applicable terms.
How do I access my request portal?
Go to the <a href="https://meetmycelebrity.online/payment.php">Access Your Request page and enter the email address you used and the Request ID you received after submission. Both are required.
If you submitted more than one request, each one has its own unique Request ID. You must sign in separately for each one.
What happens after I submit a request?
Your request status will initially appear as Under Review. Our management team will review your submission and, if the request can be accommodated, confirm the available date, time, location and Meet & Greet arrangements.
You will receive an email with your application status and, if approved, the relevant next steps.
How do payments work?
If your request is approved and a fee applies, our team will publish the Meet & Greet schedule and fee breakdown in your private request portal. You can submit payment using an administrator configured payment method directly from your portal.
Your payment will be reviewed and verified before it is marked as confirmed.
How do donations work?
When a celebrity has an active donation campaign, you can contribute from their profile or the campaign page. Donations are verified before they are reflected in the campaign total and supporter count.
Every donation receives a unique donation reference for your records.
Can I submit a review?
Reviews can only be submitted by fans who have completed an approved Meet & Greet. Once your Meet & Greet is marked as approved and review access is enabled for your request, the review form becomes available inside your request portal.
All reviews are reviewed before they are published.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Your request portal is accessed through a secure session scoped to your specific request. We use industry standard security practices, including CSRF protection, secure sessions and prepared database statements, to protect your information.
